We used this hotel for an arrival hotel, we just needed a bed and AC for the night. We didn't have hot water even though the front desk said to leave it running for a bit. It served its purpose and we would definitely stay here again as an inbound/outbound hotel for the night. It is located just a few minute's walk to Mercado 23, which is the only reason we would stay here again, love its perfect proximity to this local gem.

Positive: Breakfast was good . Negative: The extremely loud siren that went off across the street. It happened several times during the evening and the night and wouldn't stop for 5 or more minutes each time. Not very restful.

advise you to clean the inside of the filter of your air conditioning in the bedrooms because a friend had a thermal shock, he could no longer breathe because of one of your air conditioning in the bedrooms, this friend is dying and you have him wasted his last days of vaccination.

It's a simple clean place to sleep quietly, the area around it is not very nice but it was safe my stay, clean room, car window and very friendly reception, drive is very close to downtown Cancun relatively close to hotel area is very easy to get to the hotel . No habalm in les at reception withoutembargo the attention is good Thank you were very friendly.

Just needed somewhere to sleep before my flight. I stayed here for 1 night 9pm-4am. $20. Good value.

No wifi, and the receptionist was not willing to help. Also no hot water

It was ok, but there is a lot of traffic noise around. As for the rooms they are very well equiped for everything that one might need or use. The service was very kind.
