FIVE STARS for medical care, FOUR STARS for staff, ONE STAR for physical grounds and supplies on hand. This hospital will give you good medical attention considering it is s low resources hospital. The staff will care for you with whatever supply they have on hand, we were asked to buy drugs and bring them in as they just didn’t have them. I was happy to so as they cared for my son. I visited a local private hospital and consulted with two others, and my bill would have been at least $30000 USD. They performed the same surgery for $348 USD. You do have to pay cash and only accepts local currency, but this is better than pay upfront a heavily inflated price and get mediocre medical care at a private institution.

The most disgusting place and hateful staff I’ve ever seen in the healthcare field. Stay away if you’re a tourist/foreigner and can’t speak any English. They don’t care or value human life. Most importantly, they diagnosed you without a test or proper procedure!! I won’t even waste time to go into detail of the treatment my family received at this hell hole. Just run. Ridiculous.

Puede alguno dar informaciones sobre el servicios no solamente de lá estructura? Las personas enfermas necessitan saber si este es un bueno hospital con buenos, profesionales y amabiles dotores o son arrogantes y sin preparo como muchos que se han en consultorios medicos en Cancun.
Can someone advise about the medical services itself instead to focus in the building??? The building and equipments may be State of art but are the doctors able to work properly on it? Has the hospital hired good professionals who really can deal with people without the arrogance of some doctors around cancun?

A sick person needs more than a building and a so so doctor, a dick person needs the proper attention to his/her simptoms and a nice behavior from the professionals.
