The hotel is overall very nice, new building, good service, some on site services like stores and restaurants. You can take a small bus and go to some beach club because the hotel is not seaside. Little inconvenience since you still have hotel services at the beach club and is sort of private. Good value for the money. The pool is nice but lacks shades and feels quite hot and sort of uncomfortable.

From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed. The entire staff was extremely attentive. The restaurants were great and the pools were fantastic! The Concierge Mr. Marco was the very best! He made all of our tour arrangements and even connected us with Mr. Carlos, the cab driver. Mr. Carlos drove us to our tours and waited for us until we completed our tours. We felt completely safe and totally enjoyed our 50th wedding anniversary trip to Acapulco!

Bed was uncomfortable and AC did nothing to control de humidity level. Was surprised that AC barely could handle the mild temperature we had. Personnel and service was great.

Room to small for a family of 5, service rude! Nice installations, but you need to drive almost an hour to get to popular places

Not nice! Everybody try to get money from guest for diferent thinks wich are for free normally!!! One day i pay 100 pessos for coktayl and next day 150 pessos, for exemple. And i have more exemple like this! Every day same food for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We have paid for food and they ask my son in one morning for 19$ to pay for breakfast! And more! So NO, DONT GO TO this hotel!!!

Worst hotel i ever visited. We were 2, 1 towel in the room, no safe box, no nothing. Amenities deliver after 30m. Safe box took longer than 2hrs.

Cold and yellow water in the bathroom, electricity issues, service really low when they actually bring what you order, food below average. Half of the elevators do not work. Still the price of a 5 stars.
