My piña coladas varied in quality as i ordered them. Not much alcohol in them either. Nice view. Service was average.

The location is excellent, the view of the beach outstanding. The service was very good. The food was the letdown. Nothing bad, but everything was bland and lacked flavor. You're paying for location here.

This place is delicious. We literally just walk up and down the street until we find a place to eat. Tio Alex has incredible food and a beautiful ocean view. It's open and breezy. The Pina Coladas are awesome. The staff is super friendly.
