The rooms are old, and need remodeling. The AC is not cutting it. It’s smells like sewerage around second floor. The food is not worth paying all inclusive. ;( not happy! Some ceiling lights don’t work so if you get in late hallways are dark. Spooky!

They dump their waste water directly into the ocean. The smell is horrible because its visible, you can literally see the black water going into the ocean.

Need to clean air conditioner filters! Room smelled moldy and unpleasant!

Asides from the location and the near by restaurants and malls, this place doesn’t deserve more than one star. Housekeeping were attentive also.

The ocean view is amazing! It's near from some places like the shopping mall and some restaurants. The hotel has an oxxo :). The wifi is not so good, the pool is small, and the staff is not so polite. The snacks are not so good. The toilet near to the pool is horrible!
