I didn't stay at the hotel but did stay at the beach they support. Huts are reasonable rented 2 huts for $700 pesos came with 8 chairs and 4 lounge chairs. Loved the area lots of tourist, plenty of people walking around selling souvenirs, jet skiing - boat rides - and other activities to participate for $150 pesos or so.. we also got a message on the beach ⛱️ bathroom are clean and well maintained.

Nice decent hotel with everything near by also you can take you're own cooler to the pool and food. Adults private pools available and great family pool front beach hotel all rooms have beach view

Horrible stay. Changed room 3 times spent 3 hours on that. All had problems. Under construction noisy. Leaks in restroom, broken mirror, no AC. Charge for an upgrade and same room just added tooth brush. Not worth it. They don't own therw mistakes.

Towels Towels and more towels. I would of given this place 5 stars but the hassle over beach towels was unbelievable. First when we came to spend money at the pool before the 3 check in time my girl asked for two towels and was told that she would have to use it in front of the towel girl????? Crazy!!!!! Thought ok but the next day we turned in our towels and the staff at the towel area couldn’t find the card to give back so we aren’t charged at checkout. Long story short nice place with a great staff. Lighten up on the beach towels, it’s a resort on the beach you are going to loose some towels.

The location is nice, the hotel is cool but could be better service (bar, security) i al still waiting the beer ordered at the swilmi g pool! Somebody stolen my hat and the security did do a y thing

Very friendly staff and helpful. Average prices. Our room was nice but it didn't have a mini fridge. Their amenities are really nice and taken care of. Their pools are awesome.

Nice hotel , excellent location in the Heart of Acapulco. Not the greatest food in the restaurant. Plenty of options outside, I suggest you do that.
