Not a fun of this place, we had issues with mattress (I could feel the springs in the mattress, good that I could exchange with someone from other room where the bed was not used, and the other one had a big red humid stain)... Reception wasn't helpful and we had to arrange all by ourselves. Other than these location of this hotel is great, close to the beach. I wouldn't come back here, but it is an economy hotel.

We don’t have any complaints against the staff,they were very friendly and helpful at all times specially Jorge and Jesolga,the cleaning staff did an excellent job,the place was very nice and clean ???? the only thing was the blankets needed to be upgraded and the towels were not the best.but for what you paying for,you can’t expect much.

Positive: The staff were pleasant. The entrances, stairs and rooms are kept clean.. Negative: The toilet did not have a bathroom seat. The room fixtures are dated. A renovation is due. - The electrical outlet in the room was two prong as opposed to three so I could not charge my laptop..

I used to travel and i am not too critic about the place i spent the night, but this time i have to say about this hotel, although the reception is friendly, the room was under our expectation. We entered in the room and it smells like it was never opened, the bath has no hot water, the Water closet has no toilet seat (this is a minimum you must have), the sheets of the bed was old and torn. It is close to the bus terminal and close to the beach, but a minimum of management is needed.

Rooms are very basic. Located conveniently in the old quarter and with 10 min. to the beach.

Very close to the beach and prices are good. Air conditioning is working but loudly. Good for the price

Very affordable hotel. And they also have an indoor swimming pool!
