The hotel is nice. The rooms are spacious and well ventilated. My reservation came with breakfast included and the staff of the restaurant were extra nice and attentive. There is also a pool which was great.

This place is awesome! From the king bed room to the plentiful, helpfully and friendly staff to the daily maintained pool and quiet. For me, this is THE place to stay in Acapulco. If you enjoy dinning there are loads of great restaurants within easy and safe walking distance.

The staff is amazing. We felt so welcome there. The pool is clean and there is a bar there to serve you beverages or snacks. Our room was comfortable and we were given clean towels daily. The breakfast was excellent. We couldn't eat it all. It is easy to walk to the main avenue or the beach. Bus service is available cheap. There are many restaurants in the area to choose from.

Beyond outstanding. Rooms are perfect, the pool is perfect, has night security, car can be securely parked on the grounds, not on the beach, restaurant is ok-- not upscale but ok food, room AC is great. Located 3 blocks from the old aculpulco strip. Definitely a family place. Highly recommend.

No sound control on tv, air is either on or off, can't adjust, no fridge or Ice machine but room is nice. Our room was directly across from bar which played loud music til 9 pm. Restaurant pricey. Room itself and hotel very nice and clean.

Very clean, they literal wash floors with soap and water daily, both pool and room floors (they’ve asked us if we wanted full cleaning to include room floors washed with soap and water. Second time I stay here. 1st stayed in a king size room, bed was extremely comfy, 2nd time with two queen beds, this size bed was not so comfortable. Towels could be renewed. You need to ask for hand drying and floor towels cuz they won’t leave the complete set in your room. They don’t include pool towels, you must use your shower towels and then have them exchanged, bothersome. They’ll only give you one key and you must leave deposit for 2nd key (weird) . 2nd time around AC didn’t cool to 68 degrees, would cool lower than low 80s-high 70s. Pool closes very early and they kick you out at 9pm (or 8pm?). Pool surround music very random genres , they play some fun songs and then some really awful Mexican banda. Ew.
Overall, it’s quiet, clean, lovely, nice family atmosphere, safe and good place to rest. Internet was poor this 2nd time around, my daughter couldn’t do her school work nor attend her live class (she’s got University school year round, so wherever we go, computers must come with us).

While not right on the beach, it is only a 5 minute walk away. The price of a room is very cheap, and the rooms are well equipped with strong wifi, comfortable beds and large desks. It also has a great pool.
