Great location but the building is too old and need maintenance. The staff very good attitude.
If you want to get a good sleep think in another location, the sound of many bars around the area is too high in the night.

Dirty room, sand all over the floor. Towels smelled horrible. The room was really run down. Really unsanitary conditions. Had to find a new hotel immediately. Make sure to do your research as there are pretty good hotels (which I found after). This one is horrible. Wish there were sanitation inspectors who could give it a visit to confirm and shut it down until it is properly sanitized.

No wifi, they gave us a room that wasn't ready, no towels and the shower floor had sand, the curtain had mold and overall, the place looks very decayed, a bit overpriced too

As I arrived to Acapulco got a taxi to this hotel club del sol. When I told the taxi driver where to take me he said “club del sol” is not a good hotel are you sure you want me to take you there? Since I was traveling with my family I told him we already had reservations so I couldn’t change it. Once we arrived I saw that the main part of the entrance of the building towards the top of the roof had chunks of concrete falling apart. The wait for check in was long. Once we got our key cards we headed to elevator which was not functioning correctly my boyfriend tripped as he went into the elevator because it was uneven. As we got into the room I couldn’t believe my eyes and how awful the room was there was mold in the kitchen and it just overall-smelled like rotting flesh and mold. The bedding was old and looked like it had bed bugs. The furniture looked overly used and deteriorated. We complained and nothing was done. I wanted to leave outta there as fast as I walked in. I would never recommend this place to anyone I don’t care how affordable this place is. Stay away. Check out pictures so you can see for yourself. I found a better hotel immediately thereafter.

The lobby is very attractive, but that's where it ends. Our room was really run-down, TV didn't work and the stove didn't work. Some of the staff at the lobby we're very rude.

this place was so bad. The room smelled like sewer and it was really dirty. The bathroom smelled really bad. Poor service, and the workers sucked. I do not recommend this place you’ll regret it. The best thing about this place was the pool, thats all. Other than that it was BAD.
