I normally don’t post reviews but this time it was definitely needed. I feel like I could have had a better experience. And would hope to alert other vacationers of my 1 week experience at this hotel.

Pros: -The house keeping was good, as well as the food. (Food was Expensive for it being Mexico if you ask me…)
- good room size for the junior suite with amazing beach view.

Cons: -if you rent a car they don’t have a parking garage in the hotel. You have to self park a few minutes away and then walk to the hotel.
- the rooms have no fan, AC didn’t work good.
-no hot water to shower. Luckily it’s hot outside but still. Morning showers sucked!
- the pool closes way too early!!! And the beach access is closed early as well.
- there’s no activities at the hotel to keep you entertained considering it’s an “all inclusive”

In my opinion this hotel needs major attention to ensure the full extent of a “vacation vibe is provided”.

Hey guys, I want to thank for a great service. My best friend forgot his backpack in the lobby, then you have a great protocol to return it. As I said great impeccable service.
The pool and the beach in front to the hotel A+.

To make this short and quick, I would not recommend this hotel. While staying here there was a lot of incidents like, the phone and room light not working not to mention I got 1,200 pesos stolen which the staff did nothing to help please don’t make the same mistake I made by staying here.

When we first arrived, nobody asked to help out with all our stuff in to the hotel, the security man told us we couldn't bring a small cooler inside. I told him my uncle has diabetes and need it his medication to be cold all the time since this rooms do not haverefrigerator. Finally I had to go to the front desk to explain.at first he guy said no. But after I told him how come I can't bring something to my own room I am paying for, Finally he said okay. So not the best welcome for Us!

Horrible location, but the view and rooms are amazing! It is super busy and you will get the standard venders on the beach constantly.

The time here was great! We enjoyed the hotel and the service very much. Because the pool is really full all the time, it would be great to close it at 8pm for kids and leave it open until 11pm for adults. That way one could enjoy the evening with a cocktail in the pool. Everything else was amazing! Especially the security that watched our things when we were on the beach and in the ocean. Thank you! We'll come again!

Hotel staff including some of the security guards need to be though customer service, if they are so unhappy working at this hotel, get a different job. I had to get the hotel manager involved since I arrive at the hotel because of their horrible customer service. NEVER AGAIN!
