We were recommended El nono by a local guide, so we had high hopes for it. However it was a disaster. We ordered pescadillas, which we were excited for. Usually I'm not picky with my food and am easily pleased, but I can't stand finding a fly inside my food. If it was killed and left next to the plate (fair enough it happens) but the fly was cooked in with the food. The only way we found it was by biting into the tortilla. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars was because the drinks (margaritas) were tasty and strong, and the waiters were very nice and sorry about the situation.

excellent food and service in a beautiful location. many of the restaurants on the Acapulco waterfront look seedy at best but this one was a great find with strong cheap drinks, delicious food, fresh made salsa and guacamole and really attentive staff. Our waiter Mauricio was awesome and made sure we had a great time in his restaurant, i definitely recommend this place!

Excellent food, service and view of Acapulco's bay. Also I'd recommend to visit it on Sundays because there's live mexican music during the afternoons... after 5pm.

We ate here all day and the bill ended up being only 70 USD! I thought for sure it would have been more considering we ordered drinks after drinks and the food was phenomenal! I recommend the mojarra frita and ceviche de cameron. The pina de coladas were the absolute best as well. Our waiter (unfortunately we don't remember his name) was the nicest and helped us find a very affordable hotel nearby.

All in all, it was the best affordable place we can find and the service didn't disappoint and the people were friendly.

Also if you eat at their restaurant you get a nice table by the beach for free and it has a beautifully view of the ocean.

Best, view,food, drinks, people who work there are awesome. Everything is delicious prices are great.
