Good service but they do not provide enough towels or exchange for clean dry ones or add toilet paper when low. The TV never worked. Reported it but no change.

I arrived two days ago and all was fine until this morning when I asked them to provide me of cleaning items so I could clean myself and instead they offered me to send the building cleaning team. I went for lunch and two hours later I came to find different sheets and clean foor but also missing approx $650 dollars. They stole money from my son's wallet, they stole from my mothers wallet too, from my father's wallet they went through all our belongings and when I mentioned it to the front desk they were no help at all. Thieves! Horrible people. The worst experience I ever had in Mexico.

There were roaches and ticks in the sofa of one of my rooms. Another room, the AC didn't work and it took until 3am to get fixed. Service was not too friendly either ???? expected more from this place especially if you get 3 rooms.

Rooms need maintenance. AC was falling apart. No hot water.
Rooms don't look like the pictures
They have old furniture.
3stars for a 3 star hotel

We rent at this place an apartment with Airbnb . It was excelente. Clean ,and with all services.

Strong air conditioner. Strong wifi. Hot water and a coffee maker. Refrigerator for the beer.
Comfortable bed and great cleaning staff on floors 6 and 7. Great view of the bay.

Highly upset, writing this as i’m waiting for maintenance which I have asked for over two hours ago. Water Pipe broke , room flooded, my things got wet! The door won’t lock properly, the air conditioner works the bare minimum. The elevators are even worst, imagine them opening 3 times at random floors with no one there before getting to your chosen floor number... This isn’t a place you’ll want or would like to stay at!
